Our process involves preparing crucial documents such as articles of unincorporated, a cover letter, a post master estate executor letter, an affidavit of sovereignty trust, an affidavit notification of reservation of rights, right to travel, correct the record, rescission of signature, W-8BEN, Form 56 and Form 56F. All non-tax papers must be notarized and filed with the court clerk, then certified copies sent to the Treasury, Secretary of State, and the Governor.
